Welcome to Sin City Paintball | About Us
Sin City Paintball is a competitive paintball team based out of Las Vegas, NV. The team competes on a national level in the Paintball Sports Promotions series. In its first season with its new players, SCP saw great success and finished 2nd out of over 250 teams. In order to compete at such a level the team has a strict practice regimen at their homefield, Sin City Paintball. Apart from the professional team LTZ, Sin City Paintball is the only team out of Las Vegas that competes on a national level. The team would like to thank everyone that has supported them in their inaugural season and hopes for their continued support. With some new talented players joining its ranks look out in the 2007 season for Sin City Paintball to be a force to be reckoned with in PSP's Division 3 X-Ball.

SCP Takes MAO! Posted By: Sean | Date: 5/7/2007
The boys are back in town after a long weekend in Rockhill, SC and have something to smile about! The team wasn't sure what to expect after leaving two of their rostered players behind due to unfortunate circumstances. They took a gamble by picking up unknown players to fill their roster but it definately paid off! SCP started off the tournament with a shaky match against Detroit Storm and a tough loss to Gridlock but wrapped up preliminaries at a respectable 3-1. Saturday brought rainy weather and the boys had to grind it out against DBS Kidz and Tropical Lighting. (Both teams beat SCP in LA) Two close matches resulted in a final four birth for the team and a win was in sight! Sunday cleared up and the sun came out just in time for the finals. SCP squared off against Hershey Heat with a convincing final score of 5-0 in SCP's favor. Gridlock skunked their semi-final opponent QCK 5-0 to have a final bout with the boys on the PSP field. The match drew over a hundred spectators to the sidelines, most of them rooting for the home team. Gridlock came out strong putting a quick two points on the board but landed one of their players in the penalty box with a major. SCP capitalized and turned the tables making it 4-2 by the end of the penalty. Gridlock fought back hard with 5 strong and tied the game at 4 all and SCP decided to slow their momentum down by taking a time out. A quick decision to alter the breakout led SCP to claim the last point with three live ending the final match SCP: 5 and Gridlock: 4. The team would like to thank Daryl Ritacco, Christopher Awes, Pat Shelton, Adam Segrave, and Liam Jollymore for guesting with SCP and doing their part for the win! We would also like to thank Chris Sackmann from Team Speed for all the help in the pits and all of our sponsors for the ongoing support! Also, thanks to Rocky for teching the angels, WDP for their support, and to Draxxus for the great gear and paint. See you all in Chicago for event number 3!

Core players keep it alive! Posted By: Sean | Date: 4/10/2007
It has been a little over a month since LA and SCP has endured the worst. Between players quitting, an under par debut, and much confusion, the remaining players are fighting to keep the Sin City Paintball legacy alive. It is a difficult task to keep an Xball team running efficiently and the boys have learned this the hard way. The team is currently undergoing a roster makeover and is looking for financially secure, experienced players that want to compete. If you are interested be sure to contact Sean McKay via his information on the contact page. SCP would like to thank all their followers for the continued support despite these rough times and the team cant wait to bounce back in May at MAO!
